NASHUA- Edward R. Allcock, 69, died peacefully at his home Monday January 2, 2017. He was married for 48 years to his beloved "Honey-Bee" Gloria (Abreu) Allcock.
Ed was born in Boston, MA on April 5, 1947. He was the son of the late Jack & Irene Cryan of Lowell, Ma. He proudly served his country in the US army from 1964-1967 followed by the army reserves.
He recently retired from 24 years of service at the Lowell Historical National Park Services.
Ed was a jack of all trades who enjoyed painting, carving, playing instruments, leather working as well as woodworking. Above all he enjoyed his time spent with his family. He will be deeply missed, especially for his ability to always make everyone laugh.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Edward Allcock and his wife Melissa of Texas, Michelle Watson and her husband Clyde of Merrimack, Darlene Timm of Dracut, MA, James Raymond and his wife Laura of Texas, and Ruth Raymond of MA. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Jonathan, Tessa, Nathaniel, Mikayla, Shane, Madison, Maren and Abigayle; his father-in-law Manuel Abreu, as well as several brothers and sisters and many nieces, and nephews.
