OBITUARY –MICHAEL ROBERT GOOSSENS

NASHUA- Michael Robert Goossens, 53, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.

Michael was born in Methuen on March 27, 1964 and is the son of Robert W. Goossens and his wife Charlotte of Salem, NH and his mother Ruby (Waites) Lavalley of Nashua. He proudly served in the United States Air Force until he was honorably discharged.

In addition to his parents and step-mother, Michael is survived by his Son Andrew Goossens and his fiancé Whitney Alcorn of Worcester; his sisters Ellen Sullivan and her husband Bill of Nashua, Barbara Goossens of Maine, Judy Perkins and her husband Tim of Milton, NH, Karen McManus and her husband Peter of Rochester, NH, and Maureen Saunders of Strafford, NH; as well as nieces and nephews.

Michael was predeceased by his sister, Claire Goossens and his step-father, Richard Lavalley.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, January 3rd from 4 until 7 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Burial will take place at the convenience of his family.
