Roland Voisine

NASHUA- Roland ‘Ron’ Voisine, 69, died peacefully on June 19, 2017 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. He was born in Biddeford, Maine on May 5, 1948 and was the son of the late Ernest R. and Lilly (Labrie) Voisine.

He was educated at St. Louis de Gonzague Grammar School as well as Sacred Heart Academy Boys School in Nashua. He was employed by Whitney Screw Company and later by C & M Machine.

Whenever he saw someone who needed help, he was there. His favorite thing was being the “Cadillac DJ” for the Merrimack Police Department “Dare Program” each week.

He leaves behind his brother John Paul and Harriett Faye (Myer) Voisine of Junction City, Kansas, a sister Kathleen Mae Voisine of Nashua, and niece Kathleen Kay Smith and her husband Steve of Tennessee and a very special friend Julia Pitarys. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on THURSDAY, June 22nd from 5 until 8 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Mass will be held on FRIDAY, June 23rd at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment to follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be mad in Ron’s name to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03055.
