OBITUARY – RUTH O. VIEIRA

NASHUA- Ruth O. Vieira, 75, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremia Vieira.

Ruth was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on December 17, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Waldir Oliveira and Hulda Andrade.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she always enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a devoted member of her church and attended services regularly. Ruth also enjoyed babysitting which she did frequently, especially when she moved here from Brazil in 1990.

Ruth is survived by her four children, Fernando Cintra and his wife Zenilda of Brazil, Denise Bartholi and her husband Marcio of Nashua, Maise Cintra of Nashua, and Simone Bourbeau and her husband Mark of Nashua; her seven grandchildren, Fernanda, Thais, Carolina, Alexander, Stephanie, Nicholas, and Brian; her three great-grandchildren, Helena, Julianna, and Leonardo. She is also survived by her sister, Raquel Almeida and her husband Galba of Brazil as well as her precious dog, Bobby and several cousins.

Ruth was also predeceased by her first husband Jorge Cintra.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on THURSDAY, January 25th from 5 until 8 PM at ASSEMBLY OF GOD MISSION CHURCH/ASSEMBELIA DE DEUS MISSAO (Lowell, MA), 450 Chelmsford Street, Lowell, MA. Her burial will be private and take place at the convenience of her family. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
