From the moment I first saw her while she waited on me at the Yokohama in Gorham back so many years ago, I instinctively knew she was a strong, independent young woman with a smile, a laugh, that would light up a room. That initial observation never changed as we got to know one another and spent time together.
Her passing, which I learned only recently, immediately put me in a state of sadness that has now left me with that wonderful impression she made on me that first time I met her.
Sandra, you were one of kind. I loved everything about you.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Glad many of us had the chance to spend some time together at family events over the years...between birthday celebrations, brief visits (here or there), fishing trips, etc.... Reminds us all that we probably need to do it more frequently. It's tough though when separated by long distances and our own daily obligations...RIP Sandra
