OBITUARY—WILLIAM RICHARD BASILE
NASHUA- William Richard Basile, 63, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, December 24, 2017. 
William was born in Chelsea, MA on May 19, 1954 and was the son of the late Carmen Cosmo and Alice Rose (Labbe) Basile. 
For thirty years, he was employed by Energy Science Inc. as a mechanical engineer. 
In his free time, William was a gun enthusiast who loved motorcycles, playing his guitar, and martial arts. He enjoyed many fishing trips with his children and was an avid animal lover. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family, especially his grandkids. 
William is survived by his three children, Matthew Basile of Nashua, Ryan Basile and his wife Cassidy of Nashua, and Jillian Fennelly and her husband Jason of Burlington, MA; his three grandchildren, Dino Basile, Gus Basile, and Perynn Fennelly. He is also survived by his best friend and longtime companion, Susan Delcore of Nashua; his two brothers, Paul Basile and his wife Brenda of Little River, SC and Dennis Basile and his wife Donna of Everett, MA; as well as many nieces and nephews. 
He was predeceased by his siblings, Anna Dingwell of Revere, MA and James O’Brien of Dorchester, MA.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday January 3rd, 2018 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William’s name to Humane Society for Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua, NH 03064.
