OBITUARY: ANGELINA “LEE” (CORRETTI) BOWEN
Angelina “Lee” (Corretti) Bowen, 97, of Hudson and formerly of Nashua, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2011 at the Fairview Nursing Home.
Angelina was born in New York, NY on August 6, 1914, a daughter of the late John and Angelina (Perrotti) Corretti. She was the widow of Christopher Bowen who died in 1955.
Angelina was a longtime resident of Nashua and Hudson. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a secretary and later she was a volunteer at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Angelina is survived by;
One son; William Bowen of Nashua
Four grandchildren; Debra, Danielle, Shannon and Matthew
One sister; Virginia Christiana of Virginia
One brother; Anthony Corretti of Florida
A brother-in-law; Peter Hemme of N. Reading, MA
Also several nieces, nephews and cousins
SERVICES: There are no visiting hours. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday August 30, 2011 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, New Rochelle, NY at 1:00 PM. All are invited to meet at the cemetery.
