OBITUARY: JEANNE H. (FOURNIER) LESSARD

Jeanne H. (Fournier) Lessard, 86, of Titusville, Fl and formerly of Stoddard, NH passed away peacefully at the home of her son on Friday February 5, 2010 in Titusville, Fl.
Jeanne was born in Lowell, MA on June 11, 1923, a daughter of the late Joseph & Marion (Fournier) Fournier. She was the widow of Aime E. Lessard who died March 5, 1999. They had been married December 18, 1943 and celebrated 55 years of marriage.
Jeanne attended Lowell, MA schools and St. Joseph School of Nursing. She spent most of her life in Nashua, moving to Stoddard and Florida after retirement. While living in Florida, Jeanne was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Auxiliary Ladies Does. She was also a volunteer for the Titusville Meals on Wheels program. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed by Hampshire Manufacturing for many years. While living in Nashua, Jeanne had been a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Church.
Jeanne is survived by;
Three daughters; Dolores Megens and her husband Harry of Stoddard, Claire Carty and her husband Robert of Litchfield and Theresa Gravel and her husband Robert of Nashua
One son; Robert Lessard and his wife Susan of Titusville, Fl
Fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren
Also several nieces, nephews and cousins
 

SERVICES: There are no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday February 12, 2010 in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 West Hollis St., Nashua at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Francis 1250-B Grumman Place, Titusville, Fl 32780.
