OBITUARY: ROBERT CHARLES LEVESQUE
Robert Charles Levesque, 82, died Tuesday evening, January 26, 2010 at St. Teresa’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Manchester, NH surrounded by his loving family. Robert Charles Levesque was born in Nashua on December 31, 1927, the son of the late Etienne and Rose Anna (Charest) Levesque. He was educated in Nashua schools and graduated from Nashua High School class of 1947. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and served as a French interpreter during this time. After retiring from the FAA, Robert volunteered calling Bingo at Spartan’s Hall and the Senior Center. He was a communicant of the Infant Jesus Church.
He is predeceased by his wife of 20 years, Lorraine Briand, his sisters, Marian, Eva and Cecile and his life companion Jeanne.
Robert is survived by;
Four sons; Dennis Levesque and his wife Diane of Candia, Daniel Levesque and his wife Joyce of Harrisville, Donald Levesque and his wife Jadine of Windham and David Levesque of Concord
Two daughters; Denise Levesque of Nashua and Diane Nowak and her husband Michael of Andover, MN
Eight grandchildren; Daniel, Jordan, Amy, Eric, Justine, Philip, Stephanie and Michael One brother; Leopold and Yvonne Levesque of Nashua
Also several nieces, nephews and cousins
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 29, 2010 in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua from 6 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in Blessed John XXIII at Infant Jesus Church, 121 Allds St., Nashua at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave. 7th floor, New York, NY 10001. |
