Renata Sandham Obituary

Renata Mary (Keane) Sandham, 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Renata was born on February 21, 1961 in Heidelberg, Germany and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Erika (Encke) Keane.

She attended TUI University where she received her undergraduate and bachelor’s degrees in human resource management, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then continued her education and earned her master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University in industrial and organizational psychology.

Renata proudly served her country for over 25 years in the United States Air Force. She was deployed to Operation Joint Guard during the Bosnian War. She attained the rank of Master Sergeant within the Air Force and retired in 2009. During her military service, she received various awards and medals.

For many years after her military service, she worked as a Human Resources professional where she obtained many certifications.

In her free time, Renata partook in a variety of hobbies and interests such as reading, watching movies and TV shows, and supporting the New England Patriots. She was an avid NFL fan and attended numerous meet-and-greets with current and retired members of her beloved team. She always made sure to attend at least one game per season to support the Patriots. Renata was diligent about self-care and enjoyed motivational literature and spiritual cleansing practices. Most of all, Renata was a loving and caring mother who cherished spending time with her family.
