Adrian J. Pelchat

NASHUA- Adrian J. Pelchat, 91, died peacefully Wednesday morning, October 9, 2019, at Community Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. Adrian is the beloved husband of Yvonne (Desrosiers) Pelchat with whom he shared 70 years of marriage.

Adrian was born in Milford, NH on December 29, 1927, and was the son of the late Alfred and Regina (Valliere) Pelchat.

He proudly served his country during WWII in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged.

For 32 years, he was employed by the City of Nashua as a firefighter until his retirement as Deputy Chief.

In his free time, he enjoyed traveling especially trips to Florida and he was also a member of the American Legion in Manchester.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Adrian J. Pelchat Jr. and his wife Denise of Brookline, his daughter, Catherine Plante of Manchester; his grandchildren, Kristofer Pelchat and his wife Jillian and Gerard Plante and Jacqueline Russell; and his great-grandchildren, Juliana Cyr-Pelchat, Aiden Pelchat, Noa Pelchat, Chloe Russell, Dante Plante, and Cameron Plante. He is also survived by his brothers, Richard Pelchat and his wife Joyce of Amherst, Raymond Pelchat and his wife Linda of Milford, and Roger Pelchat and his wife Sandie of Milford and his sister, Regina Boldini of Las Vegas, NV and several nieces and nephews.

Adrian was predeceased by his brother Albert Pelchat and his son-in-law, Paul Plante.

Relatives and friends are invited to Adrian’s graveside service on TUESDAY, October 15th at 10 AM in ST. LOUIS CEMTERY, 752 West Hollis Street, Nashua, NH. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
