Alice M. (Dionne) Bernard

Alice M. (Dionne) Bernard, 93, of Nashua passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Bernard who predeceased her on January 29, 2002

Alice was born in Manchester, NH on January 12, 1926, a daughter of the late Arthur and Graziella (Lemire) Dionne. 

During her lifetime, Alice was employed by Nashua Corporation, the Nashua Mills and the Sportwell Shoe Co. She was a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Church for many years.

She is survived by one daughter; Clara Doss and her husband Sonny of Amherst; two sons, Leo Lambert and his wife Carol of Nashua and Robert Lambert and his wife Lori of Hudson; one sister, Jeannette Gagnon and her husband Maurice of Nashua; seven grandchildren, Kathy Kauffman, Jennifer Robinson, William Doss, Brooke Dubowik, Blair Parent and Walter Lambert; also several great –grandchildren, nieces and nephews

Alice was predeceased by four brothers; Henry Dionne, Arthur Dionne, Leo Dionne and Alfred Dionne, two sisters-in-law; Jenny Dionne and Lorraine Dionne and a sister; Cecile Lefebvre

Her Funeral Mass will be held on WEDNESDAY, June 19th at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home Health and Hospice c/o Development, 7 Executive Park Dr., Merrimack, NH 03054.
