HUDSON- Claire A. Boucher, 94, a former resident of Manchester and Nashua, died peacefully Friday morning, August 17, 2018 at Fairview Healthcare in Hudson. She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice J. Boucher who predeceased her in 1989.
Claire was born in Manchester, NH on February 17, 1924 and was the beloved daughter of the late Jeremie Simoneau and Laura (Paquette) Simoneau.
For many years, she was employed at several manufacturing companies and served as a seamstress for the family business, Champion Cleaners.
Claire enjoyed traveling, bowling, card playing and spending time with friends and family.
Claire is survived by her five children, Ronald L. Boucher and his wife Barbara of Wallingford, VT, Normand Boucher and his wife Donna of Florence, SC, Jane Reiley and her husband George of Cave Creek, AZ, Garry Boucher and Brian Boucher and his wife Gloria of Epsom, NH; as well as eleven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband Maurice, Claire was predeceased by eleven siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on THURSDAY, August 23rd from 6 until 8 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her Funeral Mass will be held on FRIDAY, August 24th at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment to follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
