OBITUARY – GERTRUDE Y. (HELIE) DUBE
 

HAMPTON- Gertrude Y.  (Helie) Dube, 85, died peacefully at her summer home in Hampton on Monday, July 16, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Carl C. Dube who died January 14, 2008.

Gertrude was born in Nashua on February15, 1933 and was the daughter of the late Hermile and Marie Anne (Valliere) Helie.

Gertrude had been employed by the Hillsborough County Superior Court as a Deputy Clerk for many years.  Following her retirement, Gertrude loved to travel with her husband, spending her winters in Florida and summers at Hampton Beach.

Gertrude was predeceased by three brothers, Gerald Helie, Richard Helie and Wilfred Helie.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Dube of Nashua; Three granddaughters, Daniele Lynch and her husband Steve of Hudson, Michele Chakas of Nashua and Yvonne Wedig of Nashua; her best friend of 50 years, Andree Weymans of Florida as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Richard “Dicky” Levesque.

An hour of visitation will be held on Thursday July 19, 2018 beginning at 8:30 AM in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua.  Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on THURSDAY, July 19th at 10 AM in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gertrude’s name to the Humane Society of Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua, NH, 03064.
