NASHUA- Henry R. Caron, 99, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the Hunt Community.
Henry was born in Nashua on November 29, 1919 and was a son of the late Joseph and Adele (Gagnon) Caron.
He studied accounting at Nashua Business College, and this became his life’s work. Henry worked as an accountant until he retired in 1985. He was also involved in his parish community, St. Louis de Gonzague Church.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; Leon, Emile, Phillippe (Irene Lesieur), Rolland, Ange Catherine and Marie Ange (L. George) Monast.
Henry is survived by three nieces; Sr. Elaine Caron, SSA of Marlborough, MA, Claire Monast of Nashua and Louise Monast of Franklin, MA as well as many great nieces, and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
The family of Henry wishes to thank the nursing staff at the Hunt Community for the loving care they provided for him during his retirement years.
There are no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 48 West Hollis St., Nashua at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Henry’s name to; Home Health & Hospice Care, 7 Executive Park Dr., Merrimack, NH 03054.
