OBITUARY -- LUCILLE RITA DESPRES

NASHUA- Lucille Rita Despres, 97, a lifelong resident of Nashua, died peacefully, Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Nashua. She was the beloved wife of the late Gilbert Despres who predeceased her in 1985.

Lucille was born in Nashua on December 19, 1919 and was the daughter of the late Napoleon and Exilia (Girouard) Richer.

For many year she was employed in the electronics department at Sanders Associates until her retirement.

She was a member of the St. Louis Guild, Senior Center, and Senior Club. Above all, her most cherished time was spent with her loving family.

She is survived by her daughter Denise Despres of Nashua; her grandchildren, Karen Wilson, Kathy Roy, Ken Roy, and Michelle Woodard; as well as nieces and nephews.

Lucille was predeceased by her daughter, Eileen Roy and her husband Normand, her grandson, Daniel Homer;  her brother Roland Richer and his wife Theresa, and her sister Irene Lavigne.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, July 14th from 9 until 11 AM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her Requiem Mass will follow in the Funeral Home at 11 AM and interment in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
