NASHUA- Raymond T. Hudon, 88, of Nashua, passed peacefully away Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack.
Raymond was born in Nashua on August 16, 1930, son of the late Theodore E. and Eva (St. Onge) Hudon. Raymond’s wife Jeannette (Ouellette) Hudon, preceded him in death on September 10, 2002.
Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was employed by New England Telephone for many years. Following his retirement, he enjoyed tinkering around his house, spending time with his friends and family, volunteering at St. Joseph Hospital and working part-time for the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home.
Raymond was predeceased by four sisters; Ursula Cote, Pauline “Bunny” Chisolm, Theresa “Teacy” Hamel and Rita Smith as well as a brother; F. E. Victor Hudon. Raymond is survived by two sons; Theodore Hudon of Merrimack and Paul Hudon of Nashua, one daughter; Margaret “Peg” Lachance of Nashua; two grandchildren; Eric Lachance and Megan Lachance, one sister; Sylvia “Sugar” Laquerre of Nashua, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 8th from 5 to 8 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 KINSLEY ST., NASHUA. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday May 8th at 7:30 PM. Burial will take place in St. Louis Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
