OBITUARY- RICHARD R. SOUCY

NASHUA- Richard R. “Rick” Soucy, 59, left this world unexpectedly, Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester; he was surrounded by his loving family.

Rick was born in Bangor, Maine on January 17, 1959 and was the son of the late Richard A. and Mariette A. (Lavallee) Soucy.

For 28 years, Rick was employed by Admiral Metals as a production manager.

In his free time, he was an avid Patriots fan, enjoyed hunting and riding his motorcycle, “Maddog”. Above all his most cherished time was spent with his family; they were everything to him.

He is survived by his children, Anthony Hewitt and his wife Ashley of Mississippi, Christopher Soucy of Florida, Mary Wells of North Carolina, Heather Soucy of Florida, Katelyn Soucy and Jeremy Zibell of Nashua, and Emily Soucy of Nashua; his seven grandchildren, as well as his siblings, Michael Soucy and his wife Carrie of Nashua, Daniel Soucy and his wife Holly of Florida, Michelle Souter and her husband Michael of Ipswich, MA, Diane Emanuelson and her husband Jeff of Hudson, and Monique Miseirvitch and her husband Nick of Nashua. He is also survived by his soulmate and “other earring” Erin McQueeney of Nashua and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on THURSDAY, February 8th from 4 until 8 PM at ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Mass will take place on FRIDAY, February 9th at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 W Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
