Arlene J. (Johnson) Hartley, 79, died peacefully on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua. She is the beloved wife of John "Jack"  R. Hartley with whom she shared 44 years of marriage.

Arlene was born in Woburn, MA on February 4, 1944 and was the daughter of the late William and Barbara (Adams) Johnson.

Arlene was an avid animal lover and held a special place in her heart for her Dobermans, Daschund and her Persian Siamese cat.  She was a wonderful cook and also enjoyed travelling to California.  But above all else, Arlene cherished time spent with her family.

In addition to her husband, Jack, she is survived by her three children; Pamela, Robyn and Adam and her three siblings; Sally, Betsy and Allen.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Edward Johnson.

Service for Arlene will be held privately. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Rochette Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua, NH.
