Obituary

Charles “Charlie” A. Palmisano passed away unexpectantly at his home on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. He is the beloved husband of Ana Morales, with whom he shared 19 years of marriage.

Charlies was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts on April 15, 1959 and was the son of the late Anthony and Vincenza (Cognato) Palmisano. He received his education in the Gloucester School System and was a graduate of Gloucester High School.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army during Desert Storm until he was honorably discharged.

Throughout his career, Charlie was a hardworking and skilled tradesman. He worked as a contractor for various construction companies including working as a construction demolition supervisor at Engineering Product in Portland, ME, where his talents and strong work ethic served him well. Charlie was also a gifted mechanic, working both independently and at Kingstar Custom Cycles in Kingston, NH for many years until his retirement. Known for his ability to work with his hands and tackle just about any project, Charlie took great pride in his work throughout his career.

In his free time, Charlie had a lifelong passion for motorcycles, an interest that began when he was just a child. He especially loved taking leisurely rides on his cherished Harley-Davidson, up and down the coast, enjoying the freedom of the open road whenever he had the opportunity. Charlie also had a great appreciation for old, fast cars and everything automotive. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family, whom he loved deeply, and with his beloved dog, Chica, who held a very special place in his heart.

In addition to his wife, Ana, he is survived by his three children, Crystal, Nicholas Palmisano, and Tony Palmisano; his two grandchildren, Dylan and Roman Palmisano; and his sister, Josephine Royal. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Anthony and his wife Barabra, John, Kimmie and her husband Norman, Joyce Hughes and her husband John, and Rhonda Harrington and her husband Tim, as well as his great-nephews and great nieces, Ian, Norman Jr., TJ, Alex, and Madison.

Sadly, in addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Pat Palmisano.

Relatives and friends are invited to Charlie’s visitation on FRIDAY, October 9, 2026 from 4 until 6 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. A brief prayer service and opening of the floor for words of remembrance by all will take place at 5:45 PM. A gathering to share in a meal will follow his services.
