Eleanor Jean Swift Finlayson, 56, died peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 5, 2022. She is the beloved wife of Mark Alan Finlayson with whom she shared 22 years of marriage.

Eleanor was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on September 2, 1965, and was the beloved daughter of the late Robert Edward and Lillian Margaret (Lane) Swift. She was a graduate of Bridgewater State College, graduating with her master's degree in Education.

In her free time, she was a part of many drama productions from her high school years through current day at the Community Theatre in Nashua. Above all, her most cherished time was spent with her beloved family.

In addition to her husband, Mark, she is survived by her two children, Spencer Finlayson of Nashua and Elizabeth Finlayson of Nashua; her brother Edward "Teddy" Robert Swift and his wife Lisa Caparella Swift of Melrose, MA;  and her nieces and nephews Arianna, Mia, Evan, and Siena, as well as numerous cousins and aunts.

Relatives and friends are invited to Eleanor's visitation on THURSDAY, June 30th from 5 until 8 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Cremation will follow.
