Eric R. Cooper, 47, of Concord, NH passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 after a long battle with kidney disease (ESRD).

Born on July 5, 1975, he was the son of Deborah (Slocum) Goodridge of Kentucky, formally of NH.  Eric grew up in Saugus, MA and later moved to New Hampshire where he resided for the past 10 years.

Eric had a passion for the hospitality industry and worked as a manager and bartender in restaurants for 20 years.  In his free time, he loved going to the beach.  But above all else, Eric cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Debbie Goodridge, Eric is survived by three brothers, Glenn Sawyer and his wife Lauren, Richard Goodridge, and Russell Cooper; a sister, Samantha Goodridge; three aunts, Pat (Slocum) Driscoll and her longtime companion Walter Babcock, Jeannie Auger and her husband David and Maria Murphy, his cousins, Tammy Beliveau and her husband Bobby and Ronnie Murphy and his partner Aaron. He is also survived by his stepfather, Benji Sawyer.  In addition to the loved ones mentioned, he was loved and will be missed by many more nieces, nephews and cousins.

Eric was predeceased by his grandparents, Richie and Kay McDermott, two aunts, Cathy Slocum and Dorry (Slocum) Murphy and a cousin, Tommy Babcock.

A visitation for Eric will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 1-4PM in the ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 21 KINSLEY STREET, NASHUA, NH.  A service will take place in the funeral home at 3:30PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eric's memory to the National Kidney Foundation by visiting:  https://www.kidney.org/donation.
