Jean Catherine D'Augustine, 62, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her home.

Jean was born in Colonia, New Jersey on February 6, 1960, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Gloria (Serbe) Wich.

For many years she was employed as a home health care aid for various companies.

In her free time, she loved doing arts and crafts including coloring and stained glass. She enjoyed cooking especially for her family. Jean loved her family deeply. She was always keeping in touch, even for long distance family by phone and she never missed an opportunity to spend time with her family especially her time with her grandson. Jean will be remembered for her loving and caring personality, always willing to lend a helping hand.

Jean is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Powell and her husband Zachary of Mont Vernon and Nikki D'Augustine and her boyfriend Mike Ellis of Milford; her grandson Bryson Powell. She is also survived by her three siblings, Charles Wich and his wife Gerri of Manasquan, NJ, Margaret Hall and her husband Steven of Aberdeen, NJ and Paul Wich of Bradley Beach, NJ; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Marie Lauffer and her nephew, Sean Wich.

Services will be held at the convenience of her family.
