Malvina Bertha Thibodeau, 67, of Nashua, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Nashua Post Acute Care, surrounded by her loving family after a long and courageous battle with uterine cancer.

Born in Nashua, New Hampshire, on March 16, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Robert R. and Mildred F. Thibodeau. Affectionately known as "Vi," she grew up in Nashua and graduated from Nashua High School with the Class of 1977. She dedicated 47 years of service to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, formerly known as Memorial Hospital.

To know Vi was to know a life lived with a classic soundtrack playing in her heart. She was a true music lover, and her soul belonged to the vibrant eras of the 1970s and 1980s. Whether spinning vinyl records or singing along to the rock, pop, and soul hits of her favorite decades, music was her constant companion and greatest joy. Vi also enjoyed watching classic Western and country movies, attending theatrical productions, and taking long walks with her mother, Millie. Her mother was not only her parent but also her lifelong best friend.

Vi is survived by her three siblings, Edward G. Thibodeau, Susan G. Callahan, and Lucie A. Thibodeau; her nieces and nephews, Crystal Thibodeau, Marcelina Bayne, Raynel A. Bayne Jr., Joey Thibodeau, Javonte Lopez, and Julian Lopez; her great-niece, Cassandra Thibodeau; her great-nephews, Anthony Wong and Justin Thibodeau; and her great-great-niece, Lea Morse.

She will be remembered for her strength, dedication, kindness, and the love she shared with her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
