Nicholas "Nick" Papageorgiou, 61, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Nick was born in Rizovouni, Greece on February 19, 1962, and was the son of the late Vasilios and Aggeliki (Nikou) Papageorgiou. He received his education in the Cambridge School System and was a graduate of Cambridge Latin High School with the class of 1979.

Over his career, he was self employed and owned and operated many businesses from service stations to restaurants. Most recently, he was co-owner of Family Pizza and Roast Beef in Nashua for the last four and a half years. He enjoyed cooking at the restaurant, his love for his business was evident.

Nick had a passion for cars, especially finding love with owning and driving sports cars. He never turned down an opportunity for a trip to a casino; his favorite casino was Twin River which also had his favorite slot machine to play. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family, who he loved deeply.

He is survived by his daughter, Angela Papageorgiou of New Bedford, MA; his three siblings, Michael Papageorgiou and his partner Maria of Wilmington, MA, Charlie Papageorgiou and his wife Jeanne of Tewksbury, MA, and Georgia Viores and her husband George of Arizona. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Billy Papageorgiou and his wife Erin, Vinny Papageorgiou and his wife Colleen, Charlie Papageorgiou Jr., Anthony Papageorgiou, Gina Papageorgiou, Alex Papageorgiou, Chris Viores and his wife Inna, Billy Viores, and Mike Viores, a special cousin, Exharos Papageorgiou, as well as many great nieces and great nephews, aunts uncles and cousins both here in the US and in Greece..

Relatives and friends are invited to Nick's visitation on WEDNESDAY, June 21st from 5 until 7:45 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. A memorial service will be held in the Funeral Home at the conclusion of his visitation at 7:45 PM. Interment will take place a the convenience of his family.
