Dec 18, 1958 — Nov 27, 2022
Patricia A. "Patty" (Burton) Lamb, 63, died peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 27, 2022 surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is the beloved wife of William S. "Bill" Lamb, with whom she would have celebrated 45 years of marriage in April of 2023.
Patty was born in Nashua on December 18, 1958, and was the daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (Bernard) Burton. She received her education in the Hudson School System and was a graduate and class president of Alvirne High School, class of 1976.
Amongst her accomplishments in life, she proudly obtained her Real Estate License and was also an interior decorator. For the past 15 years, she was employed in the flooring department at Home Depot as a flooring design specialist.
Patty was the best mother, grandmother and wife, she truly cherished her time spent with her family who she loved so deeply. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, taking leisurely car rides, listening to country music and gardening. Trips to the beach where she found peace and happiness were her absolute favorite destination, her beautiful smile and pure happiness would be evident the entire time. In her younger years, she liked to spend time in the family pool, soaking up rays of sunshine. She will be so missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In addition to her husband Bill, she is survived by her three daughters, Rhiannon Fee and her husband Jason of Canterbury, NH, Heather Lamb of Manchester, and Tina Sue Lamb and her significant other William Silva of Hudson; her stepdaughter, Wendy Jane LeBlanc of GA; as well as her six grandchildren, Mikayla, Hayden, Michael, Adrian, Ebrahim, and Drake. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Burton and his wife Elaine of Hudson; many nieces, nephews, extended family members and numerous dear friends who shared a lifetime of laughs and love.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patty's name to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
