Peter C. Gurskis, 69, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at his home. He was the beloved husband of the late Sandra (Brown) Gurskis who predeceased him on July 24, 2019.

Peter was born in Nashua on July 25, 1952 and was the son of the late Peter and Anna (Zelonis) Gurskis. He received his education in the Nashua School System and was a graduate of Nashua High School with the class of 1970.

For many years, he was employed for Royal Business Form and more recently was a driver and sales representative for Unifirst until his retirement.

Peter was an avid Nascar fan. He enjoyed the sport of racing and cheered on his favorite driver, Rusty Wallace in the #2 Miller Lite Car. He was also a dedicated New England Patriots fan, never missing a game and in his younger years, he held season tickets. Peter loved to host cookouts and spend time by his firepit, entertaining guests at all times. He was a lifelong member of Club National and loved attending race events and concerts. Peter truly cherished traveling with his late wife, Sandra, from Bar Harbor, Maine, Vermont and they especially loved to cruise.

He is survived by his in-laws, Gail Pinet and her husband David of Milford, Nancy O'Connell and her husband Michael "Oaky" of Merrimack, and KellyAnn Manning and her husband Raymond Byrne Jr. of Randolph, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, April Finseth and her husband Bryan, Kristen Ritz and her husband Craig, Karen Therrien and her husband Todd, Robert Gurskis and his wife Lauren, Catherine Farrell and her husband Kirk, Brian Gagnon and his wife Eleni, Michael Gagnon and his wife Maggie, and Patrick Manning; as well as several great nieces, great- nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

In addition to his wife, Sandra, Peter was predeceased by his brother Alexander Gurskis and his wife Joanbeth.

Relatives and friends are invited to Peter's visitation on FRIDAY, April 29th from 5 until 8 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Mass will be held on SATURDAY, April 30th at 11 AM in St. Christopher Church, 62 Manchester Street, Nashua. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Interment to follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Hudson.
