Obituary

Rella Nadeau, 74, of New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.

Born August 17, 1950, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Rella was the beloved daughter of George and Lorraine (Ouellette) Haynes. She attended St. Ann's School in Lawrence and graduated from Salem High School. Rella worked for many years in customer service, including positions at Verizon and AT&T, where her friendly voice and warm demeanor left a lasting impression on both colleagues and customers.

A spirited and vibrant soul, Rella was a proud New England Patriots fan and embraced every holiday with joy—Halloween was her favorite, but she loved Christmas deeply, especially celebrating "Christmas in July." She had a lifelong love for Disney movies and was especially drawn to the stories and personalities of the villains. Creative and full of life, Rella enjoyed crocheting, bead-work, and playing video games. She was a devoted animal lover, a music enthusiast, and had a talent for trivia that often impressed those around her. Her favorite color was peridot green, and she took great pride in her Indigenous heritage, which she honored by creating and selling jewelry alongside her *cousin. More than anything, Rella loved her family—especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Rella's warmth, wit, and colorful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rella is survived by her three children Kerri Haynes and her husband James R. Moore Jr. of Nashua, Kyle Haynes and his significant other Cynthia Vaiani of Derry, and Adam Nadeau and his significant other Nikki *Albrecht of *Fremont, NH; her five grandchildren Kara Mann, Jerica Haynes and her significant other Tom Kierstead, Kayla Mann, Joseph Haynes, and Aiden Nadeau; her three great grandchildren; her three siblings Tracy Haynes, David Haynes, and Gregory Haynes, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Rella was predeceased by her five siblings: *Leonard Haynes, Linda Horbach, Carolyn Paul, Marcia Quigley, & Keith Haynes.

At the family's request, there will be no formal services at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's children hospital https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html?sc_icid=header-btn-donate-now
