Richard T. Patterson Sr, of Woburn, passed away after a period of declining health on July 9, 2023, at 49 years old.

Rich is survived by his life partner of 20 years Teresa Scheibert and his children Hailey Johnson of Lynn, MA, Elexis (Lexi) Benton of Malden, MA, Arianna Coleman of Laconia, NH, Richard Jr (RJ), Lorelai and Connor-Murphy of Woburn, MA. He is also survived by his granddaughter Avani who affectionately called him Pop Pop, dear brother to Stacey Finnegan of Tewksbury, MA, also lovingly survived by his many nieces, nephews. He is predeceased by his father George.

Throughout his life, Rich was very well known for fixing things around the house. Be it in the garage working on a car or at his workshop with anything that needed to be fixed. If it was broken, chipped, cracked, or in need of paint, glue nails, or a twist, Rich took care.

In his spare time, Rich was an avid fan of hockey and enjoyed many games cheering on his beloved Bruins. He was a true animal lover and cared for many dogs and cats throughout his life. Rich had a great love for cars, particularly BMW's. He loved the ocean, thunderstorms, and fireworks, but what he loved more than anything was spending time with his children.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 29th at The Patriot Club in Revere from 4 until 7 PM. All who loved him are invited to attend.
