Obituary

Stephen P. Bourque, 56, passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.

Stephen was born in Waltham, Massachusetts on July 19, 1967 and was the beloved son of the late Richard and Lorraine (Poirier) Bourque. He received his education in the Waltham School System.

He has worked at various engineering companies however most recently; he was employed as a server at Oddfellows Brewing Company in Nashua.

Stephen was a true artist and had an immense talent for free hand drawing and computer CAD programming designing many mechanical projects and including logos for many local bands. He had a passion for playing his drums and enjoyed playing in bands, jamming with his family and large circle of friends showcasing his abilities. He also tried his hand at acting in some small local production. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family and friends, who he loved deeply.

Stephen is survived by his son, Adam Bourque of Colorado; his two siblings, Richard Bourque and his wife Laura of North Billerica, MA, and David Bourque of Quincy, MA. He is also survived by his former wife, Laura Block of Peterborough, NH as well as many friends and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to Stephen's visitation on SATURDAY, December 9th from 9 AM until 12 Noon at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Interment will take place at his families' convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephen's name to American Cancer Society.
