Obituary

Stephen Edward Fallon passed away on Aug 31, 2022. He was born on June 17th, 1943, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Edward and Marguerite Fallon. He attended the Belmont Mass School district and served 5 years in the United States Army.

After serving in the armed services, he worked as a concrete mason in Boston and in New Hampshire for 35 years.

When not working, Steve worked on his lathes, enjoyed reading, eating at the Milford Diner with friends and his sons, and spending time at the Hollis Flea Market on Sundays. He was fond of telling stories, some true and mostly made up, of his upbringing in Boston and his many jobs he was part of. Some of his classic tales was how he was kicked off the football team for smoking, how he water skiied going 50 mph, and how his dogs "talked" to him.

He also had a knack for giving nicknames to the people of cared for. Mark "Slug" Fino, Gary 'The Horn" Senecal and of course his own boys Kitten, Mule, Pie, and Keekles.

Steve was a master handyman who restored his dodge truck, converted his oil based heat to wood burning via a radiator, and who capped his own chimney at the farm house he helped build with his former spouse Judy.

His real passion was his dogs Danny, Gus, Poco, and Freddy. Steve could spend hours telling stories about each of his beloved pets and often did.

He will be remembered by many in the trades throughout Southern NH as a master concrete mason who was the best in his field. He will also be remembered by the many Dunkin' Donuts employees who had the pleasure of hearing him shout his coffee order into the drive through microphone every morning.

He is survived by brother Kenny Fallon of Bedford, Mass, sisters Ginny Clauson and husband Jack of Peabody, Mass, and sister Margie Fallon. He also helped raise 4 sons with his former wife Judy Fallon- Eric Fallon of Amherst NH, Richard Fallon of Amherst NH, Thomas Fallon of Nashua NH and Michael Fallon of Nottingham NH. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Emily Fallon, Steve and Nick Fallon, and Brooke and Luke Fallon.
