NASHUA, NH – Alice Rose (Labbe) Landry, 86, of Nashua, NH passed away June 9, 2020 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. Alice was the beloved wife of the late George M. Landry who predeceased her on November 22, 2009.
Alice was born on June 12, 1933, in Lowell, MA. to the late Arthur and Blanche (Cote) Labbe.
Alice had many interests, but playing bingo was her absolute favorite thing to do. She also loved going out to different restaurants and especially enjoyed shopping. Alice always had a quick sense of humor and the ability to make people laugh. Although she had many health issues, she never complained about any of them. Alice above all was devoted to her family; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her.
Alice is survived by her two daughters, Pamela Landry and her Fiancé, Tommie Johnston of Nashua, NH, and Kathy Landry Sullivan and her husband, Bruce of Portsmouth, NH; grandchildren: Nicole, Jade, Seth, Sierra and great-grandchildren: Cohen, Ava, Lillian and Maverick; her sisters: Georgette Leveille of Laurel Hill, SC, Lorraine and Aime Bariteau of Leesburg, FL, and Rolande and Edward Suchocki of Nashua, NH; her sisters-in-law, Joan Labbe of Nashua, NH, Lorette Labbe of Lunenberg, VT and Rita Martin of Nashua, NH, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers: Arthur, Lawrence and Armand Labbe; and sisters, Irene Vien and Doris Gagnon.
Due to current public health and safety concerns, funeral services for Alice will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
