Allan L. Burns, 77, of Merrimack, passed away peacefully at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. He is the beloved husband of Denise (Heroux) Burns, with whom he shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with.

Allan was born in Nashua on January 13, 1947, to the late Richard and Mary (Hagerty) Burns. Growing up, Allan attended St. Patrick’s School, before graduating from Nashua High with the class of 1965.

He also enjoyed traveling with his wife on their motorcycle to various destinations including Daytona, Myrtle Beach, and the Florida Keys. He and his wife also fondly remember their 50th wedding anniversary trip to Hawaii.

In his younger years, Allan enjoyed hunting and fishing and had an enthusiasm in weightlifting. A strong willed, outspoken man who enjoyed spending time with his family.
