Ann M. Aitken

Ann M. Aitken, 79, of Epsom, NH, passed away peacefully in Nashua on May 25, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of the late Hollis Geary Sr. and Josephine Geary Worster.

Ann dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker and later continued her love of caring for others as a daycare worker and healthcare housekeeping service provider.   In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, painting, and searching for unique rocks and gems. She also enjoyed hunting for treasures with her metal detector and listening to Elvis.  But above all else, her most cherished times were those spent with her family.

Ann is survived by her two children, Dawn M. Hamel and her husband Jim of Deerfield and Lisa M. Aitken Crandall and her husband George of Nashua; her four grandchildren, Cassie Escabi, Jacob Escabi, Adrianna Escabi, and Madelyn Hamel, her two great-grandchildren, Greyson and Brantley; her two brothers, Hollis E. Geary Jr. and James Geary and his wife Joyce as well as Jenny Kruczynski and Sarah Kruczynski. Ann is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life in Ann’s memory will be held at Upper Village Hall on June 22nd  from 1pm to 5pm at 52 E Derry Rd, East Derry, NH 03041. If anyone would like to make a donation to help with costs you can make it out to Ann Aitken and send it to PO BOX 682, Epsom, NH, 03234.
