of our beloved mother, grandmother, and
great grandmother
MRS. ANNA HUE THI NGUYEN
“Bà”
November 25, 1930 – January 8, 2022
On the afternoon of January 8th, 2022, Mrs. Anna Hue Thi Nguyen passed away after 2 years of battling with dementia. She was surrounded by her loved ones who will strive to honor her memory.
Mrs. Anna Hue Thi Nguyen was born on November 25, 1930, in Kiến An, Hải Phòng, Việt Nam, and married to Mr. Truong Van Nguyen for 67 years. She was the most loving wife and amazing mother with strength and devotion. Her journey began with her loving husband in 1952 from North Vietnam. In 1954, she fled with her husband and family from North to South Vietnam. Then on the morning of April 29th, 1975, during the fall of Saigon, she again supported her husband and family to continue their life journey to America. In Bellow Falls, Vermont, she and her husband worked tirelessly to settle in a new country to support their young family. After a few years, the family moved to Worcester, Massachusetts to be closer to the Vietnamese community. In 1978, the family moved to Nashua, New Hampshire and lived for over 30 years. Finally in 2008, she retired with her husband in Seminole, Florida.
Mrs. Nguyen was a faithful Christian who loved the Lord, her family, church, and community. Her faith was an essential part of her life and her family. She lived for her children and dedicated her life to her family. In retirement, she spent a great deal of time to cultivate her spiritual journey by attending church daily, volunteering in charity work, and participating in church prayer groups and events. She also supported the orphanage in Vietnam. While she will be missed by many, we are thankful that she is with God and her beloved husband, who had passed away in 2019. Her life journey on earth may have ended but her spiritual journey will continue in heaven with God.
