Armand Joseph George Damasse Pelletier, 87, of Nashua, NH was called home to the angels on June 12, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Cecile “Red” (Ricard) Pelletier with whom he shared 35 years of marriage before her passing.
Armand was born on June 16, 1934, in Nashua, New Hampshire, he was the son of the late Irene (Couture) and Armand Pelletier Sr.
Armand spent his early years in life on his family’s pig farm. He attended and played football for Nashua High School South.
After high school he went on to work as a sanitation worker for the City of Nashua. Following his employment for the city, he began working in the construction field and most recently was employed at Nashua Corporation until his retirement.
In his free time, Armand enjoyed going to the horse races, watching football, and going to cookouts with his family.
He is survived by his five children, Debbie Lessard and her husband Robert of Arizona, Shawn Pelletier of Hampton, NH, Dawna Anctil and her husband Geno of Nashua, NH, Sherreann Pelletier of Nashua, NH and Armand Joseph Pelletier III of Hampton, NH. He is also survived by his stepdaughter Claudette Rheaume and her family of Manchester, NH; his grandchildren, Rhonda Brann of Jefferson, ME, Tyler Pelletier and his wife Darleny of Dover, NH, Jessica Brooks of Nashua, NH and Sarah Gagnon of Nashua, NH as well as his close extended family Don and Nancy Phaneuf and Elizabeth Zahn of Nashua.
In addition to his wife Cecile who passed away November 17, 1988, he was also predeceased by his brother George Pelletier, and his granddaughter Pearl Marie Gagnon.
Relatives and friends are invited to Armand’s visitation on THURSDAY, June 16th from 5 until 8 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral Service will be held on FRIDAY, June 17th from the funeral home at 10 AM followed by his graveside service at 11 AM in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
