Beatrice Estelle Simard-Towle

Beatrice E. Simard-Towle, 80, of Nashua, passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2024, at St. Joseph Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Nashua on August 8th, 1943, to the late Paul Landry and Yvonne Dion.

Growing up she received her education in the Nashua School District. She was the widow of Robert F.  Simard, who predeceased her in June 1990. She was also predeceased by her second husband Raymond Towle, who passed away in 1999.

In her free time Beatrice enjoyed quilting, sewing, embroidery, playing keyboard, Artex, playing board games and cards with family and friends.

Beatrice is survived by her three children, Robert F. Simard Jr. of Texas, Joseph R. Simard of Nashua, and Claire S. Skuse of Nashua; three stepdaughters Deborah, Darlene Hart and Leona Dawley; her 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her husbands, Robert and Raymond, she was predeceased by her sisters Rachel Whitman and Pauline Estes, as well as her brother Leon Landry.

Family and friends are invited to Beatrice’s visitation on MONDAY, May 13th from 4 until 7 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 KINSLEY STREET, Nashua. Her funeral mass will take place on TUESDAY May 14th at 10 AM at St. Louis Church, 52 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
