Carol Ann Perez

Carol Ann Perez, 69, passed away peacefully at her home on September 10, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on June 5, 1956, in Fort Defiance, Arizona, Carol was the beloved daughter of Edward and Marie (Goode) Lincoln. She was a proud graduate of Window Rock High School and went on to earn an associate degree in sociology from the University of Nebraska.

Carol shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, Rodolfo "Rudy" Perez. They would have celebrated 46 years of marriage this December. Together, they built a warm and loving home filled with laughter, kindness, and countless cherished memories.

A gentle and nurturing soul, Carol worked as an infant teacher at Harmony Learning Center, where she touched the lives of many young children and their families with her compassion and care.

Carol had a creative spirit and a great love for beauty. She enjoyed shopping and decorating her home, often adding to her treasured collections of pottery and jewelry. She found joy in simple pleasures—watching TV and movies, visiting with friends and family, and most of all, spending time at home with her loved ones. She was especially devoted to her grandson, whom she adored beyond words.

Carol will be remembered for her quiet strength, her kind heart, and the warmth she brought into every room. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband Rudy, Carol is survived by her daughter Elana Perez and her fiancé Karl Kammann; her grandson Louis Perez; her siblings Mary Limbert and her husband George and Michael Lincoln and his wife Barbara; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in Nebraska, California, Virginia, Georgia, and Texas.

She was predeceased by her daughter Christina Parez in March 2024.
