Carolyn Harris Obituary

Carolyn A. Harris, 80, died peacefully on Monday December 14, 2020, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late John E. Harris who predeceased her in October of 2014.  

Carolyn was born in Concord, Massachusetts on March 16, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Eugenia (Mathisal) Dulong and stepdaughter to the late Harold Dulong.  

For many years, she was employed as an assembler for Lasertron until her retirement.  

In her free time, Carolyn was a member of the Red Hat Society where she took great pride in being a part of. She also enjoyed ceramics and shopping with her late husband. Above all, her most cherished time spent with her family especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who she loved deeply.  

Carolyn is survived by her three children, Linda Barlow and her husband Frank of Ayer, MA, Peter Harris and his significant other Jessie McNamara of Lynn, MA, and Denise Waddell and her husband Peter of Nashua; her three grandchildren, Kara Lee Lamos and her husband Kyle of Wilton, NH, Nichole Waddell and her significant other Alex Jones of Nashua, and Melynda Barlow of Ayer, MA. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren, Keagan, Kyleigh and Kallie Lamos; as well as her brother Harold Dulong and his wife Carol of North Reading, MA; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her husband, John, she was predeceased by her brother Butch Piper and her sister Maureen Stokes.  

At the families’ request, all services will be held at a later date in the spring. Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
