Cynthia Moore Obituary

Cynthia “Cyndy” Lee Moore, of Nashua, New Hampshire, died on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center following a brief illness.  Cyndy was 67 years old and born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on January 16, 1954. She was the daughter of the late John A. Androski and Celia N. Androski (Stabile) and took great pride in her Italian and Polish heritage.

Cyndy graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in the Boston area with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and a focus in fashion design.

In Cyndy’s free time, she enjoyed many hobbies including bird watching, listening to song birds and nature-related activities. Cyndy found intricate puzzles challenging and often read love stories. Cyndy’s true passion, however, was the field of art.  Cyndy was self-employed as a commercial artist and specialized in hand drawings, charcoal sketches and fashion illustrations.  Cynthia was a staunch advocate and supporter of the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and an avid animal lover. Cyndy held a special place in her heart for cats, especially the family’s late kitty, Grizzly 1.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 33 years, Mark Edward Moore and their son, Christian Mark Moore, both of Nashua, New Hampshire. Cyndy, additionally, is survived by in-laws: Susan Parkhurst and her husband James, Donna Tomczyk and her husband Richard, Brenda Stickney and her husband Lance, and Kathy Fournier.  Cyndy was a loving aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews, including Adam Stickney and his wife Jacklyn, Anna Tomczyk, Brian Parkhurst, and Heather Elliot.

Cynthia was predeceased by her brother, Gary Androski and her brother-in-law, Rick Fournier.
