NASHUA- Daniel A. Perelli, Jr, 79, died peacefully Sunday, June 23, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Constance (Albanese) Perelli.
Dan was born in Cambridge, MA on December 2, 1939 and was the son of the late Daniel A. Sr. and Helen (Sciarappa) Perelli. He was raised in Everett, MA and graduated from Everett High School.
Dan was a US Navy veteran, serving during an historic period of nuclear and atomic development. He had been employed as a construction supervisor for many years.
Dan was a member of the Lions Club in Wakefield, MA. He enjoyed fishing, Western movies, bird watching and the Boston Red Sox. Above all, his most cherished time was spent with his family who he loved deeply.
In addition to his wife, Constance, he is survived by three daughters; Lisa Perelli of Delaware, Terri Pelley and her husband Brian of Oregon and Dina Perelli of Swampscott, MA, two sons; Kevin Perelli of Salisbury, MA and Daniel Perelli and Maria Rekelhoff of Nashua; two step-daughters; Heather Cottier of Nashua and Tara Ruttle of Cambridge, MA, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one sister; Dolores Martel of Massachusetts as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his former wife, Grace Perelli.
Daniel was predeceased by his sister, Sandra Barbaro.
Relatives and friends are invited to Daniel’s visitation on Saturday June 29, 2019 from 2 to 6 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Funeral services including military honors will start at 5:15 that evening. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Daniel to the ALS Foundation for Life, PO Box 96, Natick, MA 01760, or the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
