Dennis F. Campbell Obituary

Dennis F. Campbell, 82, also affectionately known as Uncle Bob, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at his residence.

Dennis was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 27, 1942 and was the son of the late Jesse and Irene (Brisebois) Campbell. He received his education in the Auburn School System.

For many years, he was employed as a strapper for Rand-Whitney until his retirement.

Dennis educated himself and saw the world through his books. He loved movies and had an extensive collection of DVDs and enjoyed playing games like solitaire, brain teasers, and puzzles. Dennis read his Bible often and said his rosary before bed every night. He will be remembered for his honest, straight forward yet soft and funny personality. He knew just how to make anyone smile. He will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know him.

Uncle Bob is survived by his cousins, Shirley Farrell and Denise Cross; his nieces and nephews; Paul and his wife Elvie, Joann, Sharon and her husband Alan, Sheila, Steven, Kevin, Dan, and Ken; as well as his great nieces and nephews, Jordan, Teagan, Camille, and Bianca to name a few.

He was predeceased by his cousin Geraldine Tobin.

Relatives and friends are invited to Uncle Bob’s Funeral Mass on November 23 at 11AM in St. Mary’s Church, 25 North Road, Chelmsford, MA. His interment will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Rochette Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
