Donna L. Willey

Donna L. (Howard) Willey, 72, closed her eyes peacefully and was reunited with her beloved husband on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late James P. Willey Sr. with whom she shared 43 years of marriage prior to his passing on March 29, 2022.

Donna was born in Nashua, New Hampshire on August 3, 1951 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Barbara (Rock) Howard. She attended schools in the Nashua School District, New Hampshire and Pepperell, Massachusetts School System.

In her free time, she enjoyed doing crafts and puzzles and leisurely drives, especially with her dog Jack as her passenger. She loved to dance and spend time with her family who she loved deeply, especially her two grandchildren. She loved to be the life of the party.

Donna is survived by her three children, Brett Marquis and his wife Claudette of Nashua, James Willey Jr. of Nashua, and Katrina Willey and her fiancé John Gora of Nashua; her two grandchildren, Jazmine and Izaya of Nashua; her fur grandbaby, Kaci. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Humprey of Bradford, NH; her brother Jesse Howard of Nashua; nephew Randy Howard of Nashua; as well as her dog Jack and cat Scooter.

Donna’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Remar and the Nursing Staff on the surgical unit at St. Jospeh Hospital for their compassion, care, and comfort they provided Donna and her family during their time there.

At the request of Donna’s family, all services will be held privately. Her interment will take place at the convenience of her family.  Arrangements entrusted to the care of ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES.
