Elaine Duhamel

Elaine Duhamel, 85, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, in Florida. Born on May 9, 1940, in Nashua, New Hampshire, she was the beloved daughter of Roger and Irene (Marquis) Duhamel.

Elaine spent many dedicated years working for Duhamel Inc. before joining NH Tobacco in data entry, where she remained until her retirement. Her strong work ethic and steady presence made her a valued colleague everywhere she served.

A woman of deep commitment to her community, Elaine was a den mother for 10 years, guiding and supporting the young scouts who were fortunate to be in her care. A lifelong Catholic, Elaine was also a devoted parishioner of St. Louis de Gonzague Parish in Nashua, where her faith and service touched many.

Gifted with a love for the arts, Elaine was a lifetime member of the Actorsingers, contributing her time and enthusiasm to the organization she cherished.

Elaine will be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and the many lives she brightened through her work, service, and community involvement. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Elaine is survived by her Sisters-in-law Denise Duhamel and Judy Duhamel and her Brother-in-law, Claude Ouellette as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and siblings Roger Duhamel, Richard Duhamel, Pauline Ouellette, and Ronald Duhamel.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on FRIDAY, February 20th at 10 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
