Florette “Flo” L. Raymond, 83, died at her beloved home on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Flo was born in Nashua, New Hampshire on October 13, 1940 and was the daughter of the late

Eustache and Leda (Dionne) Raymond. She received her education in the Nashua school

system and was a graduate of St. Louis de Gonzague High School.

She became a hair dresser and for many years owned and operated Flo’s Beauty Shop.

In her free time, she enjoyed working on her home and was especially proud of her gardens,

both floral and vegetable. Traveling to various destinations became a passion, but she also

loved to relax at the beach. She was an avid animal lover, however, cats held a special place in

her heart. Flo also had a love for music, dancing and attending theatre shows. Above all, she

cherished the time she spent with friends and family.

Flo is survived by her niece, Denise Smiraglia of Ayer, MA; her two great-nieces, Kari Smiraglia

and Tori Haas and husband Bobby; her cousins Georgette “Georgie” Barry and husband Leon,

Pauline Pinette, Sr. Lorraine Pinette, as well as many other cousins.

Flo was predeceased by her brother, Leo Raymond, her sister, Cecile Rodier and her nephews

Dennis Raymond and Daniel Rodier.

Relatives and friends are invited to Flo’s visitation on MONDAY, March 18th from 11:00 AM until

12:30 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street,

Nashua. Her Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home at 12:30 PM. Interment to follow

at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Flo’s name to Kitty

Angels, PO Box 638, Tyngsboro, MA 01879.
