Gerald Laporte Obituary

FLORIDA- Gerald R. Laporte, 73, died unexpectedly at his home in Bradenton, FL on Saturday, February 15, 2020.

Gerald was born in Nashua on July 24, 1946 a son of the late Henry and Yvette (Bosse) Laporte.

Prior to his retirement, Gerald had been the vice president of Indian Head Bank for many years.

Gerald loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed wintering in Florida and spending summers in Maine.

Gerald is survived by a daughter; Celeste Saucier and her husband David of Nashua, grandchildren; Felix and Elias Saucier, Ivy Pettie, James, Bethany, Julianna, and Jacob Amenhowicz; a sister; Doris Balcom of Merrimack as well as a nephew and several cousins.

Per Gerald’s request, there are no visiting hours. Burial will take place in St. Louis Cemetery at a future date.
