Gerard J. Lemieux, 66, of Nashua, passed away peacefully at his home on March 31, 2026. Born on November 19, 1959, in Nashua, Gerard was the son of Joseph and Rita (Girouard) Lemieux. He was raised and educated in the Nashua school system. Gerard was predeceased by his beloved wife, Cheryl (Tappan) Lemieux, whose memory he carried with him always. Together, they shared a life built on companionship and quiet devotion.
For many years, Gerard worked as a skilled machinist, including his time at Burback in Wilton, along with several other companies throughout his career. He took pride in his work and was known for his dedication and reliability.
Outside of work, Gerard found joy in the things he loved most. He was especially passionate about motorcycles, with a particular fondness for Harley-Davidson bikes. He also appreciated spending quiet time at home, working on puzzles, and listening to music on YouTube.
Gerard will be remembered for his steady presence, his hardworking nature, and his appreciation for life’s simple moments. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his siblings Yvette Mielcarz and her husband Chester of San Jose, CA, Robert J. Lemeiux and his wife Lise of Concord, NH, and Louise Lemieux of Nashua; his nieces and nephews Brian Mielzcarz, Aimee Lemieux, and Robert Lemieux Jr.
Gerard was predeceased by his brother-in-law Kevin Duhamel.
Gerard will be interred privately at Woodlawn cemetery in Nashua.
