Gregory Frink, 47, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Greg was born in Winchester, Massachusetts on May 20, 1978 and was the son of the late Brian A. and Cathryn A. (Carbone) Frink. He received his education in the Nashua School System and was a graduate of Nashua High School with the class of 1996. He continued his education at UMASS Lowell and graduated with his bachelor's degree in a Criminal Justice in 2001.
For several years, he was employed by Sullivan Tire and Auto Service in Stratham, New Hampshire as a store manager until his promotion to New Hampshire Area Supervisor.
Greg was an avid sports fan whose enthusiasm for the game was unmistakable. He proudly cheered on the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and Boston Bruins, and was a devoted follower of the University of North Carolina men’s basketball team. Beyond being a fan, Greg loved to stay active, enjoying golf and playing basketball and baseball; sports that his sons grew to love alongside him. For many years, he dedicated himself to coaching in both the Cal Ripken and Merrimack Valley Prospects Leagues, sharing his knowledge, encouragement, and passion with hundreds of young athletes who fondly remember him as “Coach Greg.” Above all else, Greg treasured the time he spent with his family. His greatest joy was being with them; especially his sons whom he loved deeply and supported wholeheartedly in all they did.
He is survived by his twin sons, Anthony and Dylan Frink; their mother, Melissa Frink; his sister, Cheryl Pratt and her husband Ronald of New Britain, CT; his nieces Charlotte Pratt and Autumn Pratt; his uncle and aunt, Frank and Connie Carbone of Las Vegas, NV; his cousin Jessica Proulx of Manchester. He is also survived by his in-laws, Paula and Michael Keough; sister-in-law, Becky Keough; brother-in-law, Josh Keough; uncle, Frank Ciaravolo; as well as many friends who will miss him dearly.
Sadly, in addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Dominic and Emma Carbone, his paternal grandparents, Aldene and Elbert Frink; and his two uncles, Dominic Carbone and Kenneth Frink.
Relatives and friends are invited to Greg’s visitation on SATURDAY, March 7th from 1 until 4 PM at Rochette Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua.
