Heather S. Armhold

Heather S. Armhold, a beloved mother and wife, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2025, at the age of 40 following an illness at Mass General in Boston. Born on September 23, 1984, in Freehold, New Jersey, she was the cherished daughter of the late Brian and Deborah “Debbie” (Hornung) Armhold.

Heather attended Ramapo College, where she pursued her passions by majoring in both Theater and Business. Her talent and love for the arts led her to a successful career as an independent consultant as well as directing, acting, and singing in community theater, where she touched the hearts of many through her performances.

Above all, Heather adored her children, who meant the world to her. She found immense joy in being a mother and devoted herself to her family. She shared 15 beautiful years of marriage with her loving husband, Patrick Fry, standing by each other through life’s journey. Heather’s warmth, creativity, and love will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

In addition to her husband, Heather is survived by her four children Carter, Gabrielle, Zachary, and Xavier, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as her close friends Daniel Scheys and Will Schoepp and many others throughout the theater community.

Family and friends are invited to Heather’s visitation on SATURDAY, March 15th from 1 until 4pm at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Heather’s name to the The Majestic Theatre in Manchester, NH or to The Humane Society for Greater Nashua.
