Jeannine Simplice passed away on October 30th, 2023 in Nashua, New Hampshire. She was a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Jeannine was born on August 17th, 1930, in Côtes-de-Fer, Haiti, She was the daughter of Father’s Imprime Simplice and Mother’s Iranie Joseph. Growing up in Haiti she assumed her role as a caretaker for her siblings at a very young age. Jeannine taught herself to sew beautiful garments and cooked lavish meals, and had a great creative and artistic mind,
Jeannine was self-taught in many areas of her life which would later contribute to her opening her own convenience store selling everyday goods. She also had a passion to help others and had an open-door policy for family and friends alike.
Jeannine would spend time with her grandchildren by sharing stories, cooking, sewing doll clothes; and watching their favorite TV shows “WWE wrestling”. Jeannine was also a devote Catholic, attending weekly mass and she always provided support and encouragement through prayer. In addition to all of that, even while in the United States, Jeannine continued to support her family in Haiti,
Jeannine‘s generosity and hospitality was unmatched, her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Jeannine is survived by her following loving children,

God has called her home. She fought a good fight and win the battle, because I know that she’s on her way to heaven.
